Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Lumo is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks (header, main, footer) and a logical heading hierarchy.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive control.
- Color contrast tuned for light text on dark surfaces across the site.
- Reduced-motion alternatives for every animation, including the scroll intro, rotating text, and the live-demo visuals, honoring the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Text alternatives and ARIA labels on interactive elements, including the live demos.
- Keyboard-operable buttons, links, and form fields, with enlarged touch targets on touch devices.
- No auto-playing audio; the voice demo only starts when you choose to start it.
Known limitations
The scroll-driven intro and the live demos depend on JavaScript; core content remains readable without it. The live voice and chat demos rely on third-party AI services whose interfaces are partly governed by those providers.
